Julie brings 15 years of major gift fundraising experience to her work with Triangle2. Julie spent much of her fundraising career in the YMCA leading financial development programs with the Seattle YMCA and the Nashville YMCA where she led the association’s $50 million capital campaign, formed strategic funding partnerships and helped develop seven new YMCA facilities. Since joining Triangle2, Julie has provided leadership to campaigns totaling over $100 million.

She is a leading trainer and presenter in the areas of major gift fundraising, donor cultivation, case development, capital campaigns and volunteer engagement. Julie specializes in helping organizations tell their story and develop effective cultivation strategies. Julie is committed to helping YMCAs catch that extra spark that will infuse life, spirit and creativity into their financial development program and to teach the skills, guide the strategies and give staff and volunteers the confidence they need to achieve success.

Prior to her work in the not-for-profit field, Julie worked in the music industry as a national publicist and in the broadcast and film industry as a marketing and talent director.
