Lori Swann offers leadership to the firm’s portfolio of services in marketing, communications and business planning. Lori also has extensive experience with hospital collaborations and specifically, has served as project manager for the Institute of the Healing Arts in Nashville, Tennessee. Working directly with staff and volunteers, Lori helps develop creative and effective marketing, communications or business plans that get the job done while keeping the organization’s mission at the forefront.

Background
Prior to her current role with Triangle2 Partners, she worked for 15 years with the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Her many roles and responsibilities included Branch Executive, Vice President of Marketing and Senior Vice President of Operations. Lori was also instrumental in the opening and marketing of 7 new YMCAs in Middle Tennessee, including Harding Place, Franklin, Robertson County, Maury County, Madison, Scottsville, Kentucky and Maryland Farms. In addition to working with the operational aspects of opening, Lori also played a vital role in making sure YMCA’s met or exceeded their membership goals.

During her involvement with the Nashville YMCA team, membership grew from $5 million to over $27 million

Education
A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, with a degree in mass communications/public relations, Lori also has an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Family & Free Time
Lori spends most of her free time with her husband and four children, Morgan, Mac, Andrew and Wilson on their farm in Cross Plains, Tennessee.
