Tom Massey believes effective organizations can make a profound, positive difference in people’s lives. His education, career, and spare time have been spent helping organizations gain clarity on their intent and produce real results.

To help organizations produce extraordinary results, Tom has developed an integrated set of premium services called the Four Point Process. The services include research & analysis, strategic planning, leadership development, and team performance.

Tom founded Triangle2 Partners as a nonprofit organization working exclusively with other nonprofit organizations. Prior to starting Triangle2, Tom was the Senior Consultant for the YMCA of the USA.

Previously Tom was the head of the YMCA of the USA Program Services Department, responsible for researching trends and developing printed, electronic, training, and consulting resources. Tom has also held several management positions within the YMCA: CEO, Vice President for Operations, and Branch Executive Director.

Tom wrote YMCA Character Development, Programs On Purpose, and was co-author of Program Strategies for the ‘90’s. He has a bachelors of Science degree, a masters of Science degree, and has finished course work on a Ph.D. in Health & Human Services Administration. Tom is a member of the USA Today Baby Boomer Panel. He was selected from 2,100 applicants to respond to issues covered by the international newspaper that affect his generation.

The only things that interrupt his work are activities with his family and church.
