Project Overview

Beginning in 2021, Triangle2 began project work with the YMCA of Chattanooga. With a new CEO at the helm, this long standing community organization wanted support in becoming more relevant as it recovered from Pandemic setbacks. Triangle2 was brought in to provide a wide array of services, including those that mirror the scope in this RFQ:

Triangle2’s consulting role in this project includes:

  • Strategic Planning

  • Community Needs Assessment

  • Market Analysis & Research for multiple potential projects

  • Membership Projections & Pricing Strategy

  • Real Estate Strategy and Planning

  • Conceptual Facility Design

  • Architect and General Contractor Selection Process Management

  • Owner’s Construction Project Manager

During this exciting period of membership growth, fundraising, and facility renewal, new opportunities have surfaced in communities surrounding Chattanooga. Each time, T2 has been called upon to provide relevant needs assessment, market analysis, and research to vet the opportunity. In some cases, we’ve had to share that opportunities needed to mature further before being ready for development. In others, with partners in the mix, we’ve been able to share good news.

T2 manages two construction/renovation projects and supports multiple others still in their pipeline.
